15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, undamaged with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging with all certificates and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our premium collections, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry pieces
  • Items marked as “final sale” during promotional periods
  • Products without original packaging or showing signs of wear

  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely and include all original documentation. For your protection, we recommend:

  • Using tracked shipping with insurance
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until process is complete

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Want a different style from our Black, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, or Lemonade collections?

  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
